New Stuffing

I am very pleased to let you know that I am now using stuffing for my toys, and cushion inserts that is made from CORN.

 I am very glad to have found Tristan at Innergreen, a Sydney based company that supplies toy stuffing, cushion inserts, wadding for quilters and shopping bags all made from corn. 

 How is this possible? The corn kernel (from a corn cob) is processed in their Sydney factory, the starch is extracted and spun into fibres. Making a soft, light and nicely dense stuffing.

Baskets

Free String Workshop at the Penguin Community Centre

Busy busy busy

It has been a busy month of working and creating. An extension on my string project has allowed some new projects to start. I have been busily creating new denim wrap skirt designs (i have not yet mastered the digital technology needed for the Dolly skirts, but i'm nearly there!!). I hope to have a few ready soon.
